These Terms of Use apply to the BIDZA website and general marketplace service operated by Pyrite Investments Inc. By using BIDZA, you agree to these terms.
BIDZA's role
BIDZA is a local service marketplace and referral platform. BIDZA may connect customers with independent service providers, but BIDZA does not perform the underlying trade or service unless expressly stated in writing.
Independent service providers
Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own quotations, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licences, permits, insurance, taxes, employees, subcontractors, warranties, and customer obligations.
No guarantee of service or outcome
BIDZA does not guarantee that a customer will receive a quote, that a provider will accept a job, that a job will be completed, or that any particular result will be achieved. Customers should independently evaluate providers before hiring them.
Customer and provider agreements
Any final service agreement for the actual work is between the customer and the selected provider. Provider participation may also be governed by a separate BIDZA Provider Agreement.
Information submitted
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request or joining the provider network and not to use BIDZA for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
Third-party links and tools
The website may link to third-party forms, social platforms, email services, or other tools. BIDZA is not responsible for the availability, security, or content of third-party services.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, BIDZA is not responsible for losses, damages, delays, disputes, injuries, property damage, or deficiencies arising from services performed by independent providers.
Changes
BIDZA may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
